Food was not like in the video. Not many chocies. Food was ok

Barely any food out, and what was out was cold or hard from sitting on the warmers out. Definitely wasnt worth the $10. Highly do not recommend coming here.

Nice place, great food, affordable

Not at all how they describe it on the radio. Went on a Sunday at lunch time. The food and deserts were limited. All the ice cream bins were empty. No mofongo no shrimp no steak the yellow plantains were hard. No flan. For the price, I was disappointed

They advertise in add they all this kind of foodBut when you come and eat in dining They have only the cheap food .No oxtail no goat no the beef is dry .The bread is good cause it came from Publix . Don waste your money .

Delicious food, so many dishes to choose from. 🙃 They're very busy during dinner time, line is out the door... hope they can get a bigger space in the future. Will visit again!

cold food. not enough selection. potato salad tasted like it was left out for days, it was spoiled. they claim to have a fruit salad bar, where? old cookies, some kind of pudding? no meat selection. no seafood. awkward service. never again. go to el palacio on obt by the goodwill.

The food was good and the staff was great but the floor was really sticky and there were no signs for you to know what you were eating

This location it used to be called Unidos Restaurant, but now there is a totally different restaurant. Currently a Latin food buffet restaurant with the sazón's. Its thw perfect name since the food are very delicious, fresh and great variety. From different salads, meats, dices, deserts and more. They also have updated the look inside and is welcoming and modern.

Food was good, service left something to be desired. Seems like their price went up but the service got worse. Waiting over 15 minutes for a soda refil after getting the waitresses attention several times.

Food was okay, not the freshest but you could ask for it but then i dont want to be a pain. The Items sit out for a little too long but Staff here are on top making sure all is okay Food- 2/5Service- 4/5Price- 3/5 (could be a tad cheaper)

I showed the lady a special that they posted on there Instagram and the lady did not want to take it. The floors were sticky, the rice tasted burnt and the food was not all that flavorful. Very disappointed with my first time experience.

This place is disgusting! The customer service is bad aswell! Most of the food was cold. My 8 year old had to pay adult price. Also they overcharged me on drinks and i was so bothered i didn’t even care i just walked out

Be where of pothead. They eat all they can and leave bad REVIEWS they are never happy. My opinion is the place was great..

I loved the food and our server! Price was right and everything was so hot, fresh and the taste of everything was so flavorful!! Our server kept our table clean and drinks full the whole time! The only advice I would give is making sure the dessert station stays clean and stocked with spoons and bowls.

What a lovely place to eat! We enjoyed our meal so much! Excellent management and service. Clean, organized, fresh and amazing prices. Can't wait to go back. Thank you guys for such a wonderful dining experience!

Great Hispanic and Chinese food for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff makes this a great place to bring your family and get your monies worth. Can't wait to be back in Orlando FL to go again 😋

This place needs a health inspector ASAP...No knowledge of cleanness...Nobody seems to care.Do not recommend this place at all

I was there for over l an hour and they rarely refilled trays. Even after the trays had been empty for over 10 minutes. Some items where empty during my entire visit. Wait Staff was very nice and attentive but unfortunately they could not make up for the lack of options.

The service was good, the waitress were fast. But they have to better a few things. It was late soo it's our first impression, but some of the food in the buffet were empty and some of the food was cold the look like there been sitting there for long. Needs more love.

The food was good and hot🔥. Nice flavor in the food the service was really nice.when we were leaving the owner talk to us asking how the food was and everything he was very nice. it was really good experience definitely go back and recommend for people to go as a family

Just had the guy ringing us out for three adults but it was me my wife and my young son, with the three adults it was 31$ and some change. So i told him it was a mistake he said let me fix it ring me out again and it was $34 ask him how is this possible he said the drinks dont come with the meal any more. This place sucks.

Dirty restaurant - I was amazed at how dirty it was in there and the workers just standing there bochinchando with each other instead of working/helping maintain the restaurant clean. Old food - not ONE thing was fresh everything was either hard and stuck on the food warmers or it was mushy from sitting there all day and there was not much to choose from. Overpriced - how dare you charge people so much for poor quality food/service. Also, all the hype you hear on the radio is false. They say kids eat free but my 5yr old was charged as an adult. They make you pay ahead so you won't notice all these things until after you sit down.👎

Most items were good and unique for most that are not used to Latin food. Some meats were a bit tough and some items were a bit cold. I pointed out one problem and the Manager handled it right away. A great value for your money that includes your drink.

Food was flavorless and cold. Space is way too small you can't go anywhere without bumping into someone. The waitress wanted to make a lot of conversation instead of just paying attention to details like removing plates or refilling sodas.

Food was okay but I've better. Dishes were different colors and sizes which made me feel like I was in school. No real Latin desserts and the flan had no flavor it was very bland. Went to try it out but don't expect to go again.

It was acceptable. Definately worth the 12.00. They need better signs to indicate what the food is though. I couldn't tell what was pork chicken or beef. Needs to be cleaner too!

Worst all you can eat Spanish food ever! Me and a friend went and ate here and our stomachs was hurting for a day and a half. So trust me and save your money definitely not worth it at all

Food was really cold. Some stuff like the Alfredo is so mushy and other stuff like the chicken and pepper steak were very dried out. When the server took our plates, she left our forks right on the dirty table. Not a decent experience. Will not be coming back.
